We aim to present products accurately. However, product appearance (including color and texture) may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and natural material variation. Marble and stone are natural materials and may include veining and tonal variation.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, including due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or issues with payment authorization.

An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

Pricing and Billing

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Unless otherwise required by law, title and risk of loss pass to you when the shipment is transferred to the carrier.

Statement Furnishing is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through our store are made directly with Statement Furnishing.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Statement Furnishing, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Statement Furnishing.
