What's Covered

We cover damage that occurs during shipping and defects in materials or craftsmanship. Our products are warranted for 1-2 years depending on the brand, under normal household use.

A Note on Natural Materials

Our furniture is handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, finish, and construction. Marble is a natural stone—each piece has unique veining, color variations, and characteristics. These are not defects—they're what make your piece one of a kind.

How to Report an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at sales@statementfurnishing.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once we receive your information, we'll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.

Important: Inspect Upon Delivery

Please inspect all packaging when your item arrives. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery. Do not accept a shipment that shows visible damage without noting it on the delivery receipt. If you sign for goods without noting damage, it may affect our ability to file a claim on your behalf.
