We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Alaska, Hawaii & PO Boxes

Shipping availability to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes varies by product. Some items may include a shipping surcharge. If you're ordering to one of these locations, please contact us at sales@statementfurnishing.com before placing your order and we'll confirm availability and any additional costs.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders ship within 3–10 business days, though timing varies depending on the item and manufacturer. Larger pieces ship via freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. If you don't receive tracking within 10 business days, please reach out to us at sales@statementfurnishing.com.

Freight Delivery Tips

  • Inspect all packaging before signing for delivery
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt—this is required for damage claims
  • If possible, open and inspect the item before the driver leaves
  • Keep all packaging materials until you've confirmed the item is in good condition

Backorders

If your item is out of stock or on backorder, we'll notify you by email with an estimated arrival date. You may cancel a backordered item at any time before it ships.
