Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders ship within 3–10 business days depending on the manufacturer. Delivery times vary based on the item and your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes varies by product—some items may not be available or may include a surcharge. Contact us before ordering to confirm.

How will my order be delivered? Most of our furniture ships via freight carrier due to size and weight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 10 business days, email us at sales@statementfurnishing.com.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship within the United States. Contact us for special requests.

Can I pick up my order? Local pickup is not available. All orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order? Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are final sale.

Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order? Orders canceled within 24 hours can be fully refunded. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of up to 25% may apply. If your order has already shipped, return shipping costs will also apply.

How do I start a return? Email us at returns@statementfurnishing.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and let you know if any fees apply.


Product & Pricing

Do you price match? Yes, on qualifying prices from authorized retailers. We do not match below-MAP, unauthorized sellers, or temporary promo pricing. See our Price Guarantee page for details.

Why is marble furniture more expensive? Marble is a natural stone that's quarried, cut, and finished by hand. The weight, durability, and timeless beauty of real marble make it a long-term investment compared to synthetic alternatives.

Is marble hard to maintain? Marble is durable but does require some care. We recommend using coasters, cleaning with a soft damp cloth, and avoiding acidic liquids. Each piece comes with care instructions.

How do I care for my marble table?

  • Wipe marble with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately to prevent water spots
  • Use coasters under glasses—marble is porous and can stain
  • Clean spills promptly, especially acidic liquids like wine, coffee, or citrus
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners; use pH-neutral stone cleaner for deeper cleaning
  • Consider sealing annually to maintain stain resistance
  • Polish stainless steel base with a microfiber cloth to maintain shine

Are variations in the marble normal? Absolutely. Marble is a natural stone—every piece has unique veining, color variations, and characteristics. Our furniture is also handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, finish, and construction. That's what makes each piece special.

Can I order samples? Due to the nature of natural stone, we don't offer samples. However, our product photos accurately represent the material, and keep in mind that each piece will have unique veining.

How do I know what size table to choose?

Coffee Tables: Choose a table about ⅔ the length of your sofa. Leave 16-18" between the table and seating for legroom. Height should match or sit slightly below your sofa cushions. For sectionals, consider a square or round table that's accessible from all sides.

Side Tables: Match the height to your sofa's arm (within 2"). Standard side tables are 22-26" tall. Allow 2-3" overhang from the sofa arm for easy reach.

Console Tables: Choose a console at least ½ the width of your wall. Standard height is 28-32". Allow 30" clearance in front for walkways. Depth matters: 12-15" for hallways, up to 18" for living spaces.

Can I see how a piece will look in my room before I buy? Yes! Upload a photo of your space and tell us which piece you're considering. What warranty do your products include? All products include a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal household use. Warranty terms vary by brand:

  • Whiteline Modern Living: 1 year
  • sohoConcept: 1-3 years depending on product type (chairs, stools, tables: 2 years; sofas, sectionals, armchairs: 1 year)
  • Zentique: 1 year
  • Sarreid LTD: 1 year

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or natural variations in materials like marble veining or reclaimed wood character. Contact us for specific warranty details on any item.


Damage & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your item upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Email us at returns@statementfurnishing.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll cover return shipping and no restocking fee applies.

What's covered under your Product Guarantee? We cover shipping damage and defects in materials or craftsmanship for one year under normal household use. See our Product Guarantee page for full details.
