Returns and Exchanges

We want this to feel risk-free. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you and make it right — no stress, no attitude.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging, with no signs of wear, alterations, or damage.

Restocking Fees

Because many of our pieces are heavy, fragile, and expensive to handle, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the product and manufacturer. This may apply to exchanges, order changes, and change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it. We’ll cover return shipping and no restocking fees apply.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist quickly.

Return Shipping

For non-damaged returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including carrier fees and packing materials. Items must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure safe transport.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@statementfurnishing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and confirm whether any fees apply.

Important: All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional charges. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund, no fee
  • After 24 hours but before shipment: A cancellation fee of up to 25% may apply
  • After shipment: Treated as a return — customer is responsible for return shipping plus any applicable restocking fees

Final Sale Items

Custom pieces, special orders, and clearance items are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. If a product is returned damaged or improperly packed, repair or loss deductions may apply.
